Exchange and return policy 

We understand that sometimes purchases may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction. We offer free returns after 14 days for a full refund or 30 days for an exchange onto a gift card. If you opt for a refund, you will have 14 days from the ship date to return your order.  Please note, returns incur a $7.50 restocking fee, deducted from your refund total, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Rest assured, in the rare event of you receive a damaged or defective item, we'll swiftly resolve the issue to ensure your satisfaction. For any inquiries regarding our Return and Exchange Policy, feel free to reach out to our dedicated Customer Support team. 


Return Request

In order to start your return please email us at info@daasjewelry.com with your name, order number and email associated with the order. We will prompt you with next steps. Please allow 1-3 business days for your return request to be processed. No refunds will be made on returns accepted past the 30 day postmark. Any orders shipped past the 30 day postmark may be subject to refusal. Upon discretion, we may accept the return or issue store credit


Store Credit

Store credit can only be used online at our website - www.daasjewelry.com  or in person at any of our local pop-ups - and will be issued in the form of a GIFT CARD via email. Store credit does not expire, and is provided in U.S. dollars. Your use of the store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms and Conditions.

Exchanges

We will issue an e-gift card in the amount purchased minus any shipping costs. Gift cards do not expire and are able to be used online or in person at any of our pop-up locations. 


Processing

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days after we receive your return/exchange. You will be notified when your order is received, and when we process your return/exchange. We kindly ask you track the delivery of your return to ensure it has been successfully delivered.

Shipping

All packages with an approved return request will be accepted. All other packages will be returned to the sender. Please follow the appropriate steps to create your return. 

Returns for store credit are free of charge.
